Old recipes never die, they just get revised. The original recipe had you making your own pie crust and chicken broth and you certainly can, but I just buy them. This is good for a family meal or you can dress it up for company by putting in individual baking dishes. Cut the bake time to about 30 minutes if you do. A great comfort food during the cold winter months.
24 ounces chicken broth
2 cups new potatoes, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
3/4 cup onion, diced
