Blueberry Banana Cream Pie

Of all the desserts, I make this is my son Eric’s favorite. I make it often. It is so easy to do. I use frozen pie crusts to cut down on time. You can replace the Splenda with sugar, same amount. Goes well with any meal. This recipe will make two pies.


8 ounces cream Cheese, Light
1 cup splenda
32 ounces cool whip or whip cream
2 large bananas, sliced
2 cans (15 oz each) blueberry pie filling
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 pie crusts


Bake pie crusts according to package directions. Let cool.

Cream the sugar and cream cheese together.

Add cool whip to the above mixture.

Slice bananas and place in bottom of each pie plate.

Put half the mixture over the bananas and cover with blueberry pie filling.


Let chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
